Manchester Chinese Christian Church

Planning approval has been granted for a change of use of an office building on the north side of Manchester City Centre to allow it to be used as a Church by the Manchester Chinese Christian Church (MCCC).

CBO prepared the Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for this unique Church operation.  MCCC hold four services on a Sunday as well as meetings and study groups throughout the week.  We dervied the trip generation profile for the operation and used it to test the impact of the Church.  Parking was a key issue and parking surveys were undertaken.  Manchester City Council have now granted planning approval for the change of use.
