Working for Keepmoat, CBO Transport has helped secure planning permission for a development of key worker and open market housing on a site opposite the Royal Blackburn Hospital. In total the site will provide 260 homes 100 of which are for key workers. We produced the Transport Assessment which included consideration of impacts on the local and trunk road networks.
