Morris Homes and Persimmon Homes have been granted planning approval on appeal for 250 homes on the Rectory Fields in Standish, Wigan. CBO have been working with Morris and Persimmon for many years on this site and provided expert witness services at the planning inquiry.
The 250 units are inaddition to the 250 units which CBO had previously helped secure on the site. We are now assisting the clients with the management of the design of the access works which Wigan Council is undertaking.
