CBO have helped secure planning approval on appeal for a Coop convenience store in Leicester. The application was refused by the LPA on highway grounds, particularly lack of car parking and difficulty of servicing. We provided expert witness services for the planning hearing and demostrated that the site did not require the level of parking the LPA felt was necessary and that servicing could be effectively managed within the constraints of the site.
