CBO Transport have been working with Barratt Homes and Bloor Homes for the past 2 years on the formulation of plans for this large site to the east of Wrexham. This work has involved close working with the Council and developing a VISSIM traffic model with them. Using this information we have just completed a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan which has been submitted with the planning application for 600 homes.
