Planning permission has just been granted by Salford City Council for nearly 700 homes on the former Brackley Golf Course in Little Hulton. Working for land owner MHE Investments, CBO prepared the Transport Assessment which accompanied the application and have been negotiating with the highway authorities for the past months on mitigation measures. As the site boarders Bolton Council and is next to Junction 4 of the M61 we have been negotiating with Salford and Bolton Councils, TfGM and Highways England.
