Working for the landowner David Crompton CBO Transport has been working on the Yew Tree Farm site in Burscough Lancashire for nearly 8 years. Through that time we have helped get the site allocated and secured planning permission for substantial levels of housing and employment development. Implementation of the scheme is now well under way.
A key element of the development is a link road which opens up the majority of the housing site and improves linkages to the employment. This road which is now called Chancel Way has just opened.
