The Congleton Road site is the southern part of the South West Macclesfield site which CBO Transport has been working on for many years for Jones Homes and Redrow. We have already helped secure planning approval for over 200 homes on the northern part of the site and have now completed a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to accompany the planning application for this southern section. The development proposed here is for up to 300 homes and 7 hectares of employment.
There is a large area of safeguarded land between these two sites which can accommodate many more homes in future years.
