CBO provided access and highway advise on a propsal to restore a former landfill site in Adswood Stockport that has recently been granted planning approval. The scheme involves the importation of approriate fill material to enable the site to be used as a biomass fuel plantation. The site will generate a number of daily HGV movements and it was important to identify the most approriate routes to the site within the densely populated urban area.
