Planning permission granted for 25,000 sqft of retail development in Poynton town centre. CBO provided transport and highway advise which included the preperation of a Transport Assessment for the development and successfully negotaited an access arrangement with Cheshire East which required minimal highway works. The scheme includes a 17,000 sqft foodstore and 7,000 sqft of retail / leisure floorspace.
