Bellway Homes have secured planning approval for the delivery of 98 residential dwellings on the former Police Recreational Ground off the A57 Prescot Road, Liverpool. CBO Transport were commissioned by Bellway to provide traffic and transportation advice for the scheme and identify a suitable access solution. This advice culminated in agreement being reached with Liverpool City Council highways in relation to the proposed access and the production of a Transport Assessment to support the application
